Add apricots and cinnamon to storage container.
Brew tea bag in 1 cup hot water to standard strength. Pour over ingredients while still hot.
Let cool. Cover with lid and refrigerate.
Great 12 hours after the soaking began. Firm and textured but well flavored and somewhat plumped.
Morning of day 2, still tasty. Somewhat more intesnely flavored but not squish

Day 4: Still tasty, about the same as day 2 but maybe more stronger but maybe only a little bit squishier
